Commitment Letter
Dear Friends,
We are so glad that you are considering TBA’s congregational trip to Israel in November 2023, and appreciate your patience as we pulled everything together. Your patience has paid off! We’re excited to share that we have the itinerary and pricing, and invite you to take a look. We have tried to include everything you'll need to know on this website but please do get in touch if you have any questions.
The price for the ground portion of our trip is $4,895 per person (double occupancy) for commitments made through January 31, 2023.* The cost for registrations/commitments made February 1st and beyond is $4,995. The single supplement is $2,500 per person. We did get another quote to ensure that pricing was reasonable and their single supplement was nearly $1,000 more. The price of hotels world-wide has skyrocketed. This information is also included in the "Pricing and Registration" section of this website.
Because we need to move quickly to lock in pricing, we need your commitment by January 31, 2023. After that date, the price increases by $100 per person. Please register HERE and put down your deposit as soon as possible. This dollar amount does not include airfare.
We have contracted with a travel agent based in Israel to work on our travel arrangements. The price for a flight leaving on the morning of November 2, 2023, and returning on November 14, 2023, has not yet been determined, as flights and fares have not yet been announced by all of the major airlines and we want the best fares and flight times for our trip. A commitment date for group travel has therefore not yet been determined; we will send an email with the details as soon as we get them.
Your completion and submission of the online registration form and deposit will serve as your contract and it implies your agreement with all stipulations included in the "Pricing and Registration" page. Please print this out for your records.
